We have used TyreTec for the past 4 years, it benefits our business in so many ways and with the ‘making tax digital’ also makes our book keeping side of things a lot easier. We have a lot of business account customers and with TyreTec we are able to control their credit limit and get notifications when they hit their limit or go over 30 day terms.
Tyretec is an intuitive system and very easy to use. We needed a system where it was easy to book jobs and inform the customer upon tyre arrival, with the addition of the new order part of the system this is now possible. Amongst other things we find the storage of all historical information to be extremely helpful.
